Weis Online Shopping Offers In-store Shopping Experience with Online Convenience
Sunbury, PA (July 10, 2014)-Weis Markets today announced it will offer online shopping with in-store pick-up at its Laurel store on Washington Boulevard beginning Sunday July 13.
Weis Online Shopping is available at www.weismarkets.com/onlineshopping. It allows customers to order online and pay through a secure PayPal system or at the store with curbside checkout. Each order is handpicked by trained personal shoppers and then carefully stored until pick-up. Customers can use their Weis Preferred Shopper's card to save on their order and earn gas rewards. They can also browse the weekly online circular and add sale items to their cart. Paper and eCoupons are also accepted.
"Weis Online Shopping offers our customers the best of both worlds: the in-store shopping experience with online convenience. Our store level personal shoppers are trained to focus on quality and customize orders," said Kurt Schertle, Weis Markets' Chief Operating Officer. "Customers can place their orders at any time and schedule a convenient pick-up time that suits their schedule. We also offer convenient payment options. Weis Online Shopping works particularly well for customers who don't have the time or ability to shop including double income households, families with small children and customers with mobility issues."
Weis On-Line Shopping is now offered in 20 locations, including its Perry Hall store on Honeygo Boulevard.
