Loblaw announced the appointment of Sarah Davis to president of the company. The changes are effective immediately. Davis, who was previously chief administrative officer for Loblaw, was named president, a role previously filled by Galen G. Weston. In her new role, Davis will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Loblaw's business and execution of its strategy. As chief administrative officer since 2014, Davis has been responsible for supply chain, IT, process and efficiencies, real estate, goods not for resale and strategy. Prior to that, she served as CFO of Loblaw, beginning in 2010. She has served with Loblaw since 2007.
