Ki Group S.p.A. announced that its board approved the payment of EUR 2.5 million (USD 3.1 million) in extraordinary dividends for 2014 at EUR 0.453 per share. Ex-dividend date is January 12, 2015 the record date is set on January 13, 2015 and the payment date is January 14, 2015.
