Ki Group gives up 13% and ranks at the bottom of its parent list. Last week, the SME received a request from Negma Group Investment to convert 10 bonds. The bonds are part of the first tranche of the convertible bond underwritten by Negma. The conversion price is EUR0.002 per share and, therefore, the 10 bonds covered by the request will entitle Negma to subscribe for 50.0 million shares of Ki Group, or 24 percent of the latter's capital.
