Jean-Pierre Audoux, President of the CARE Rail association, and Charles-Frédéric Boisson, Purchasing Director, Alstom France, announce the launch of a new "cluster" of 6 SMEs as part of the CARE Industrial Performance program.

' The CARE Industrial Performance program, launched in 2021 by the CARE Rail association, aims to consolidate the industrial maturity of SMEs and make customer-supplier relations more fluid. Its aim is to boost the performance and competitiveness of the French rail supply chain' says the group.

Thanks to the financial support of the French government, via the Direction Générale des Entreprises and the partnership with Bpifrance, more than thirty SME-SMIs in the sector have already benefited from this program.

Today, six new SMEs from the Grand Est region are joining the CARE Rail association and committing themselves to the CARE approach alongside Alstom: Atesys Montoux, Forgex France SAS, Guillet TM, Jumo-Regulation SAS, Manquillet Parizel and MBP SAS.

' The Grand Est region is a historic cradle of the French rail industry. Building on this heritage, the creation of this sixth regional cluster marks the consolidation of the local rail supply chain, and confirms that this level of cooperation is an effective solution for the future to boost the industrial performance and competitiveness of the sustainable mobility sector in the region. said Charles-Frédéric Boisson, Purchasing Director for Alstom France.
