The Coca-Cola Co. has named Alfredo Rivera president of Coca-Cola North America, effective immediately, replacing James Dinkins, who is retiring.
Rivera is a 23-year veteran of the company who has most recently served as president of the Latin America group, according to a press release.
Dinkins has led the company since 2018, having joined Coca-Cola in 1988.
"Alfredo has had a remarkable career in Latin America, which is made up of a large number of highly complex and diverse markets," James Quincey, chairman and CEO, said in the release.
Rivera will report to President and COO Brian Smith.
