BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on May 31 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Teleperformance's share capital, and held 5.001% of the share capital and 4.88% of the voting rights of the contact center group.

The American asset management giant explains that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Teleperformance shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
