Riopaila Agricola SA is a Colombia-based company principally engaged in the production, refining and commercialization of sugarcane and rice, as well as in the breeding of livestock intended for the production and distribution of meat. The Company performs its activities in the city of Zarzal, department of Valle del Cauca. As of December 31, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Agro La Palmera SAS, Agro Peralonso SAS, Agro Gavilan SAS and Agro Camuara SAS, as well as it also held minor stakes in other entities active in the processing of sugar cane, such as Cauca Grande SA, Inversiones Industriales Comerciales y Financieras SA, Agricola y Ganadera del Sur SA, Centrales Unidos SA and Civa Trade SA.
