The Management Board of Eurocash SA (referred to as "Eurocash") announces that it has obtained from Pekao Investment Banking S.A., acting function offering ordinary bearer shares series M with the value of PLN 1 each (the "Series M Shares" ) issued under the Eight Incentive and Bonus Programme for Employees (see current report 31/2012 containing the resolution No. 3 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company of 26th November 2012 on the Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Incentive and Bonus Programme for Employees for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014, and reports 45/2013, 10/2015 and 16/2015), the following
information: 61,275 Series M shares were issued in December 2015.
Therefore, since 31st December 2015, admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA are a total of 138,829,311 Eurocash shares.
