FUNDINNO,Inc.. announced that it will receive ¥100 million in a round of funding on April 18, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investor Valtes Co., Ltd. The company will issue convertible equity-type stock acquisition rights in the transaction.
The company has signed an agreement with the investor. The transaction is expected to close on April 28, 2022.
Valtes Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Valtes Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly provides software testing services, web/mobile application development services, and offshore services. The Company operates through three segments. The Software Testing Services segment provides manufacturers and software vendor clients with effective testing services from a third-party neutral standpoint by accurately following up on a wide range of activities, including test planning, test design, test case creation, test execution, and test summary reports. The Web/Mobile Application Development Services segment provides web/mobile app development and web security diagnosis (vulnerability diagnosis) for web apps and mobile apps. In the Offshore Services segment, the Company's group company, VALTES Advanced Technology, Inc. provides testing services and contracted system development to support client companies in improving the quality of their products by sharing its know-how with group companies.
