Valtes Co., Ltd. (TSE:4442) agreed to acquire Sinfo Co., Ltd. for ¥13.3 billion on March 30, 2023. Earn-out consideration is an additional consideration paid to the current shareholder, up to ¥375 million depending on the degree of achievement of Sinfo 's performance from the fiscal year ending January 2024 to the fiscal year ending January 2026. payment will be made.
