Teleperformance has announced that, by 2022, it will have helped more than 60,000 disadvantaged children in 50 countries where it operates, including the United States, India, the Philippines and Colombia, as part of its Citizen of the World (COTW) program.

Since its creation in 2006, this charitable initiative, which is part of the contact center group's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, has raised $60 million in cash and in-kind donations.

Commitments under this program include sponsoring homes for abandoned infants, providing deworming, medical equipment and food, as well as donating clothing and toys.
