Teleperformance announces that the OECD's National Contact Point (NCP) has definitively put an end to the procedure opened in April 2020 at the request of the international trade union UNI Global concerning the group's management of the Covid-19 epidemic.

After several months of investigation, the NCP has indeed confirmed the real and operational implementation of the commitments made by the French contact center specialist in the various countries concerned.

In particular, the NCP welcomes the significant progress made by the Group in India and the Philippines, where workers' representatives are now involved in the health and safety committees of the sites and subsidiaries", emphasizes Teleperformance.
