From January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, the company has repurchased 1,619,669 shares, representing 0.82% for KRW 2,198.83 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 7,321,509 shares, representing 3.65% for KRW 9,999.79 million under the buyback announced on October 4, 2023.
Seohee Construction Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through three main segments: construction segment, power and environment segment and resting place segment. Its construction segment engages in the construction and civil engineering business, which are engaged in the construction of apartments, public institutes, research institutes, education facilities, medical centers, industrial facilities, roads, bridges, tunnels, plants and others. Its power and environment segment engages in the power generation from landfill waste gas. Its resting place segment engages in the operation of resting places with gas stations.
