RSL Electronics Ltd. (RSL) is an Israel-based company, and manufacturer of control, diagnostics and prognostics systems for aerospace, marine and land applications. The Company's airborne systems are used on-board commercial and military aircraft, both fixed and rotary wing. This includes F-4, F-5, F-16, Bell-212, A-4, CH-53, AH-64, Fokker 100 and Gulf Stream IV aircraft. The Company’s systems are used by air forces worldwide and include the United States, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium and Denmark. RSL's focus is on advanced diagnostics and prognostics by using knowledge and self-learning-based solutions for airborne engines, helicopters, aircraft and major systems and auxiliary power units. It also provides other products, such as advanced artillery muzzle velocity radar and auxiliary weapon control systems. In addition to the main operations facility and headquarters in Israel, RSL has a fully owned subsidiary, RSL Electronics USA Inc., for both marketing and production operations.
