Rise Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration-stage mining company. The Company's principal asset is the historic past-producing Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine (the I-M Mine Property) located in Nevada County, California, USA. The I-M Mine Property is a past-producing high-grade property near Grass Valley, California, United States, which the Company owns outright through its wholly owned Nevada subsidiary, Rise Grass Valley Inc. (Rise Grass Valley). The Company holds ownership of the I-M Mine Property, which is composed of over 53 acres of land surrounding the New Brunswick shaft, as well as its nearby 56-acre Centennial property, and it maintains all of its 2,585 acres of mineral rights. Its Brunswick Shaft, which extends to ~3400 feet depth below the surface, would be used as the primary rock conveyance for the I-M Mine Property. The Company would produce barren rock from underground tunneling and sand tailings as part of the project.
