Radico Khaitan Limited announced that at its board meeting held on May 14, 2024, noted the following cessation of the directors from the board of the company: Mr. Krishan Pal Singh, whole-time director of the company has submitted his resignation as a director and whole-time director of the company with effect from July 1, 2024, citing personal reasons; the tenure of Mr. Sarvesh Srivastava, independent director of the company, for two consecutive terms of five years each will expire on May 29, 2024. Consequent to the completion of the second term, Mr. Sarvesh Srivastava ceases to be an Independent director of the company from the close of business hours on May 29, 2024.
