ntc industries limited announced that Mr. Sunil Kumar Varma has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of working hours on 31st March, 2023. Further, a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges accordingly.
