'The CEO's comments indicate a significant improvement in real internal growth from Q2 onwards, as the intensification of marketing and the increase in the rate of innovation begin to bear fruit', notes the broker.

UBS reiterates its 'buy' recommendation on Nestlé, as well as its price target of 117 Swiss francs, a target that holds a 22% upside potential for the Swiss food group's stock.

' We expect the Group's profitability to improve steadily this year," says UBS.

The Swiss food giant still expects organic sales growth of around 4% this year, accompanied by a 'moderate' increase in its recurring operating margin.
