Ndfos Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A238090) agreed to acquire 54.6% stake in Curebio Co.,Ltd. from consortium of sellers for KRW 15.3 billion on November 30, 2018. Consideration will be paid in cash at completion. Under the transaction, Ndfos Co.,Ltd. acquires 0.2 million shares. During the financial year ended December 2017, Curebio Co.,Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 16.2 billion, net profit of KRW 358 million sales of KRW 24.1 billion and net assets of KRW 9.6 billion. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Ndfos Co.,Ltd. Transaction is expected to be completed by November 30, 2018. Hyundai Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution in the transaction.

The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
