NDFOS Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A238090) announced a private placement of 3rd series non-guaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 13,000,000,000 on March 25, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Flake fund. The bonds carry a fixed coupon of 1%. The bonds have yield to maturity of 2% and would mature on April 3, 2023. The bonds are fully convertible into 4,933,586 common shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 2,635 between the periods of April 3, 2021 to March 3, 2023. The payment date is April 3, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
NDFOS Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of double-faced tapes and window films. The Company's products mainly consist of double-faced tapes, which are used in touch screen panels of mobile phones, smart TVs, notebooks and cameras, and window films, which are used in glass of automobiles and buildings. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
