Ndfos Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A238090) announced a private placement of 2nd Bearer's Rights No Guarantee Non-separable Private Equity for gross proceeds of KRW 15,000,000,000 and bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 20,000,000,000 for aggregate gross proceeds of KRW 35,000,000,000 on October 25, 2019. The transaction for bonds is expected to close on November 15, 2020 and on November 20, 2019 for shares. The bonds will mature on November 15, 2022. The bonds will be convertible into 4,044,489 shares at a price of KRW 4,945 per share. The conversion period will start from November 15, 2020 and end on October 15, 2022. The bonds will not bear any coupon rate and will bear an interest rate of 3% per annum.
NDFOS Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of double-faced tapes and window films. The Company's products mainly consist of double-faced tapes, which are used in touch screen panels of mobile phones, smart TVs, notebooks and cameras, and window films, which are used in glass of automobiles and buildings. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
