In Current Report No. 13/2016 Kofola announced the Tender Offer for Kofola´s shares traded on the WSE.
The Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. hereby announce that the results of the Tender Offer are as follows:
number of legally binding subscriptions for the Shares as at the end of the subscription period: 0
percentage of Shares acquired by Kofola on 8 February 2017 in transactions concluded as a result of the Tender Offer: 0%
percentage of shares of the total number of shares in Kofola acquired by Kofola in transactions concluded as a result of the Tender Offer: 0%(0 out of 22,295,000 shares in Kofola)
percentage of votes of the total number of votes in Kofola acquired by Kofola in transactions concluded as a result of the Tender Offer: 0%(0 out of 22,295,000 votes in Kofola).

Kofola ?eskoSlovensko a.s. is one of the leading producers of soft drinks in Europe. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- soft drinks (38.1%): Kofola, Vinea, Hoop Cola, etc. ;
- bottled waters (33.4%): table water (Radenska and Rajec brands);
- non-carbonated beverages (9.1%);
- syrups (7.7%): Jupi and Paola brands;
- fresh drinks and salads (3.7%);
- other (8%): including energy drinks, isotonic drinks, tea, coffee, juices and smoothies.
At the end of 2021, the group operated 11 production sites located in Europe.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Czech Republic (54.5%), Slovakia (25.1%), Slovenia (11.4%), Croatia (5.6%), Poland (1.4%) and other (2%).
