Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A143160) agreed to acquire Land In South Korea from Seoul-based construction company for KRW 3.8 billion on December 30, 2015. As per the terms, consideration will be payable in cash. The deal is expected to be closed on June 30, 2018.
