The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will terminate on February 28, 2018. As of November 29, 2017, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 817 shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Companyâs products portfolio consists of personal computer (PC)-based DVRs under the brand name Pacom, S1 and others, and stand alone DVRs for security usages under the brand name Honeywell, ADT and others. In addition, the Company engages in the manufacture of cameras and DVR peripherals under the brand name IDIS. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. Its affiliated companies consist of HD PRO CO., LTD, engaged in the manufacture of cameras; IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd, a holding company, as well as Matrix Network Inc, IDIS Europe Limited and Revo America Corporation, which are engaged in the distribution of DVRs.
