Highvista Gold Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties located in Mexico and other jurisdictions. The Company intends to operate as an investment company, which will focus on areas of equipment financing in the construction and infrastructure areas and real estate-oriented investments. Through its subsidiary, Minera Cascada de Oro, S.A. de C.V., the Company controls the Canasta Dorada Project in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The Canasta Dorada project is located in the Sonoran Gold Belt. The Canasta Dorada gold property consists of approximately four concessions, including two Canasta Dorada concessions and two Batamote concessions. The Company's subsidiaries include Highvista Gold Corp. and Lowvista Gold Corp.
