On August 26, 2021, Rahm Emanuel, a member of the GoHealth, Inc. Board of Directors, resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors due to his nomination by President Biden to serve as the Ambassador to Japan. Mr. Emanuel served as a Class I director, a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee and as Chair of the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Emanuel’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
