On January 20, 2015, Federal Signal Corporation announced the retirement of Bryan L. Boettger, President of Public Safety Systems. Mr. Boettger's retirement will become effective May 31, 2015 and he will continue to work for the Company in a part-time consulting capacity through December, 31, 2015.
