Kengo Tanaka agreed to acquire Cebu Dentas International, Inc. from Dentas Co., Ltd. on December 16, 2022. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, Cebu Dentas International reported net worth of ¥-97.5 million, total assets of ¥0.7 million, Sales of ¥3.7 million, Operating Income of ¥-9.70 million, and net income if ¥-5.86 million. Transaction is expected to close on December 28, 2022.
Dentas Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the dental materials related business.
