Dentas Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 14,400 shares at a price of ¥3,000 per share for the gross proceeds of ¥43,200,000 on November 24, 2017. The transaction is expected to close on December 15, 2017. The company will involve participation from Kazutaka Muraguchi for 8,400 shares, Michio Arita for 3,300 shares and Main Teeth Co., Ltd. for 2,700 shares. The company has issued shares through third party allocation method. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
Dentas Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the dental materials related business. The Company is engaged in the research, development, import and export of dental materials, the research and development of dental technician repair materials, the manufacture and sale of dental care equipment, the research, development, manufacture, sale, import and export of medical devices, the sale of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) equipment for dental technicians, and three-dimensional (3D) printers, as well as the dental laboratory consulting business and the dental technology business using CAD and CAM.
