Dentas Co., Ltd. (TSE:6174) signed a contract to acquire Marin Dental, Ltd. from Akira Nakazawa on March 15, 2016. Under the transaction, Dentas will acquire 60 shares of Marin Dental. For the year ended November 2015, Marin Dental reported net assets of ¥1.57 million, total assets of ¥34.33 million, revenues of ¥146.95 million, operating loss of ¥12.29 million and net loss of ¥0.9 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Dentas and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2016.
