Daikokutenbussan Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending November 30, 2022 and full year ending May 31, 2023. For the six months, the company expects the net sales to be JPY 111,700 million, operating profit to be JPY 2,200 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 1,600 million and earnings per share to be JPY 114.86.
For the full year. the company expects the net sales to be JPY 234,600 million, operating profit to be JPY 5,900 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 4,100 million and earnings per share to be JPY 294.35.
DAIKOKUTENBUSSAN CO., LTD. is engaged in supermarket business with a focus on food. Its retail business is engaged in operation of supermarkets, manufacturing and sales of lifestyle products, breads, confectionery products, dairy products, milk and noodles, farming and sales of fish, cleaning of stores, provision of consulting services for store development, leasing of real estate, breeding of edible pigs and processing of industrial wastes. The other business is engaged in provision and sales of sushi and Japanese foods.
