(Alliance News) - Nocivelli ABP Spa announced Tuesday that it has been awarded a EUR1.5 million tender in an RTI with Pavoni Spa.

The subject of the award is energy efficiency and seismic retrofitting work on the building of the Vobarno Comprehensive Institute headquarters in the province of Brescia, with the merger of the Vobarno elementary school with the secondary school inside the building.

The total value of the tender is EUR5 million, while the amount of plant works under Nocivelli ABP's responsibility is approximately EUR1.5 million, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the next financial year.

"We are delighted with the collaboration with the Pavoni company and the award," said Nicola Turra, CEO of Nocivelli ABP, "and it is a source of pride for all of us to be an active part in making school-type buildings safer and more efficient, putting our technical skills and experience at the service of the safety of educational places. These are public works for which we intervene throughout Italy, but it is particularly significant to be able to carry out them just a few kilometers away from our headquarters, in Brescia."

"This award testifies once again to the company's commitment and leadership in energy efficiency initiatives and improvement of our real estate assets. Indeed, presiding over the entire supply chain allows us to optimize processes, create synergies and help generate value for the territory," noted Bruno Nocivelli, president of Nocivelli ABP.

Nocivelli ABP's stock is up 1.1 percent at EUR3.72 per share.
