Zhongshi Guangrui (Shishi) Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 755,977 common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 5,000,000 on January 14, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002725). The transaction has been approved by the ninth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the shareholder in the 1st extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of 2021 of the company.
Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sale of aluminum alloy wheels. The Company's main products include automotive coating wheels, polishing wheels, spinning wheels, vacuum plating wheels, electroplating wheels, motorcycle coating wheels and low pressure wheels. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, such as the United States, Japan and Europe.
