Eugene Vyazovkin agreed to acquire YUELING LLC from Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002725) for RUB 11.7 million on December 30, 2019. The consideration will be payable in single installment on the same day of the signing of the agreement. For year ended December 31, 2018, YUELING LLC reported total assets of RUB 11.16 million, net assets of RUB 10.78 million, operating loss of RUB 2.96 million and net loss of RUB 2.67 million. The transaction is approved by the board of Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd.
