VST Industries Limited Declares Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2015, Payable on August 31, 2015; Appoints Ramakrishna Venkata Addanki as Director

VST Industries Limited in its AGM held on August 12, 2015, declared dividend of INR 70.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015, payable on August 31, 2015 to the Ordinary Shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 12th August, 2015 or to their Mandatees.
The board also appointed Mr. Ramakrishna Venkata Addanki as Director.
