The Board of Directors of Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. approved on September 21, 2022 the declaration of cash dividends of PHP 0.26 per share for the third quarter of 2022 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings with record date on October 5, 2022 and payment date on October 19, 2022.
