The Board of Directors of Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. approved on March 23, 2022 the declaration of cash dividend of PHP 0.22 per outstanding common share for the first quarter of 2022 which is 10% higher than the PHP 0.20 per share dividend previously distributed and paid out last January 10, 2022. The dividend is paid from the company's unrestricted retained earnings with record date on April 6, 2022 and payment date on April 26, 2022.
