Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund Share Price

Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end infrastructure fund, offering its units to public investors. The Fund’s key objective is to seek funds from investors and to invest in infrastructure businesses related to power plant and/or alternative energy. In addition, the Fund may also engage in activities within the scope allowed under the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand (SEC) regulations and other relevant regulations, with a view to generate income and returns for the Fund and unitholders. This may include investment in other securities and/or deriving benefits from other means as prescribed by securities laws and/or other relevant laws. The Fund is managed by BBL Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company).
