Notification concerning Executive Appointments

Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (the Company) hereby notifies you that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, it was decided to make the following changes to the Company's executive officers.

1. Changes to Executive Officers (As of January 1, 2022)

Josuke Kimura	Director, Executive Vice President (Present Position:
	Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer)
Shekhar Mundlay	Director, Executive Vice President (Present Position: Director)

2. Changes to Executive Officers (Scheduled for Late March 2022)

Shekhar Mundlay	Director, Executive Vice President
Peter Harding	Director
Kazutomo Aritake	Director
Yukari Inoue	Outside Director

*The date for assumption of office will be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in late March 2022, and at the Board of Directors meeting to be held subsequently. There are no changes with regard to Yuji Yamazaki (Director, Full-time Audit & Supervisory Committee Member), Harumichi Uchida (Outside Director, Audit & Supervisory Committee Member), and Mika Masuyama (Outside Director, Audit & Supervisory Committee Member) as they are not due for re-election.
