Stellantis said on Monday that it was on track to lead the global LCV market by 2027, following a strong first-quarter performance by Stellantis Pro One.
The automaker reported that its subsidiary had maintained its leadership of the light commercial vehicle segment in both Europe and South America, and had climbed to first place in the Middle East & Africa region.
In this region, the Stellantis Pro One division achieved a record market share of 26%, boosted in particular by the excellent results of the Fiat Professional brand in Algeria.
North America, where the Group is currently number three in the commercial vehicle market, will therefore play a decisive role in achieving the goal of becoming the world leader in the segment by 2027,
. With this in mind, the Ram brand recently announced the creation of a new commercial vehicle division called 'Ram Professional', which offers a complete range of mobility solutions at the best price.
