Imtech UK & Ireland entered into an agreement to acquire SPIE UK Limited for £43 million.

Imtech UK & Ireland entered into an agreement to acquire UK business of SPIE SA for £43 million on October 27, 2022. The business generated approximately £200 million revenue in 2021. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The deal is expected to close before the end of the year. Thomas Le Vert, Paul-Grégoire Longrois, Alexandre Jaurett, Samir Berlat and Jean Paszkudzki White & Case LLP (Paris) acted as legal advisor to SPIE SA. Matthew Buck, Phillip McCreanor, Teodora Sabeva and Guillaume Suizdak of Lincoln International SAS acted as financial advisor to SPIE SA.
