SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. (TSE:9478) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 720,000 shares, representing 3.79% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥210 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out flexible management that responds to changes in the economic situation.
The program will continue through December 22, 2023. As of October 26, 2023, the company had 19,001,297 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 982,929 treasury shares.
