SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. (TSE:9478) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 615,000 shares, representing 3.15% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥160 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out flexible management that responds to changes in the economic situation.
The program will continue through September 15, 2023. As of June 30, 2023, the company had 19,531,697 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 1,652,529 treasury shares.
