SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. (TSE:9478) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 230,000 shares, representing 1.09% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥50 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to carry out agile management in response to the changes in the economic conditions.
The repurchase program is valid till August 31, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 21,173,347 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and had 2,310,879 shares in treasury.
