The reason of decrease in net profit for the current quarter of 2017 compared to the same quarter of 2016 is due to the decrease in total revenue by 20%. For six months, net profit before Zakat was SAR 6,571,000 against SAR 40,942,000 a year ago. Gross written premiums were SAR 351,956,000 against SAR 360,879,000 a year ago. Net written premiums were SAR 225,334,000 against SAR 310,345,000 a year ago. Net profit of shareholders capital investment was SAR 1,193,000 against SAR 2,014,000 a year ago. Earning or loss per share were SAR 0.54 against SAR 3.35 a year ago.
