Sangsin Energy Display Precision Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A091580) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 350,000 shares. The purpose of the share repurchase is to enhance shareholder value and stabilize stock price. The repurchase program will expire on June 13, 2020. As of March 12, 2020, the company had no shares within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.

The Companyâs products consist of secondary battery components, including can type cases used for storage of battery electrolytes; breaker assemblies used for prevention of battery explosion; cap assemblies used for electricity flow, and others such as fuse assemblies, cap plates, terminal plates, lead plates, cap ups, tabs and sockets.
