Samebest Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 374.618 million compared to TWD 433.947 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 54.038 million compared to TWD 152.328 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 16.105 million compared to TWD 106.366 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.46 compared to TWD 2.95 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 739.772 million compared to TWD 760.646 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 117.308 million compared to TWD 268.820 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 43.018 million compared to TWD 189.990 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.24 compared to TWD 5.27 a year ago.

The Digital Learning Content products segment mainly researches, produces and sells the K-12 digital learning products for kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school, products include Yixueyuan, Shengxuewang, Xiaoxuewang and other series of products; the Brand Agency and Authorization segment mainly involves in the agent of cartoon images and other brands, and authorizes to other manufacturers to manufacture goods or hold activities, among others.
