Saint-Gobain has announced its inclusion in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) for the 5th year running, a ranking that measures the performance of companies in terms of gender equality, and which this year includes 484 companies from 45 countries.

Five criteria are assessed: leadership and talent pool, gender equality and pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policy and brand image.

Being included in the Gender-Equality Index is a testament to our commitment and recognition of the work we have accomplished. Today, 37.5% of our Executive Committee members are women, and our objective for 2030 is to reach 30% of women executives within the Group, versus 27.2% in 2022', Saint-Gobain states in particular.
