PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk is an Indonesia-based sea transportation and transshipment services company, which provides integrated solutions for sea transportation of bulk goods, particularly for coal and nickel. The Company's segments include tugboats and barges, and floating cranes. The tugboats and barges segment services comprise transportation of cargo from loading port to unloading port, as well as transportation from loading port to anchorage point for transshipment of bulk materials. The Company owns approximately 54 sets of barging ranging from 250 feet (ft) to 365 ft for barges and tugboat engine capacity ranging from 1,200 horsepower (HP) to 2,800 HP. It operates approximately 62 tugboats and one support vehicle. It owns one floating crane to perform transshipment of bulk materials from barges and transfers to the anchored ocean-going vessels. The Company's entire fleet is equipped with satellite-based global positioning system (GPS) tracking and fully insured.
